Dr. Wheeler says he's almost sure it's a girl. Looking at the ultrasound I'd have to agree. No signs of boy parts at all.
He says he won't sign off on it yet though. It's a lot easier to be certain with a boy.

How exciting!
Yeah, the doctor would never say for certain that my sisters were in fact girls based on the ultrasounds, but simply that there was not evidence they were boys.
Have I told you one of my coworkers is expecting? (any day now) Today she warned me might very well be her last day for awhile. Earlier this week she was late on account of traffic and any number of people were wondering if she'd had the baby.
