I saw the obstetrician today. When he was looking at the ultrasound, he said "It looks like we'll be seeing this one in mid November." I looked at him and said "WHAT????" He said "When's your due date again?" "December 17." "Oh, umm... early December then, and it looks like she'll be at least an eight pounder."
I guess the baby is more the size it should be if I were much farther along, and even then she's on the big side. He had forgotten to look at the chart for the due date and was just making an age assumption based on the fetal size.

Mid-November? On the early-mid-November side she could share my birthday, or on the late-mid-November side share yours?
Though, mid-November would be an entire month early.
But, then again, it is nice to have your own birthday (I don't know how my brother feels about sharing the day date and time of his birth with my dad...)

Oh, goody, that gives me time to knit something up. I was kind of worried for a bit - I confused your due date with our neighbors again (she's due around now).

By the way, my friend Anne (her blog is linked to mine) is having allergy troubles with her baby. I told her you might have some ideas, so if you get any extra time could you check out her most recent post?
My sister just delivered. She was supposedly 3 weeks early, but the healthy baby boy was 8 lbs 10 oz. My sister quipped, "Any longer and I would have delivered a toddler." In any case, I'm thinking mid-November could hit my b-day quite nicely (the 12th), then I would never have an issue remembering the day!
